Graham is Appserv’s founder. He started the business with a single premise; IT as a Service should be better and less expensive than Customers owning and managing their own IT infrastructure. To ensure Appserv maintains this position, Graham takes an independent view of IT market developments, standing aside from the traditional IT ‘club’, to sort the long-term trends from the short-term fads. Graham understands it is critical that IT solutions improve the efficiency of business and is always available to work with Customers on their IT strategy.

Stephen Job,
Projects and Account Manager

Stephen’s team manages the implementation of your services, from Appserv’s infrastructure right through to the equipment your users will use day to day. He is responsible for making complex tasks, like moving or refitting your office, simple and making simple tasks simpler. With Stephen on the job, IT just happens.

Conrad Malota,
Systems Development Manager

Conrad’s team is constantly reviewing the systems and infrastructure that deliver our services. They’re kept busy designing, planning and implementing upgrades. When Customers are implementing new or upgrading their line of business applications Conrad will ensure this is done without interruption to the smooth operation of their business, managing test and pilot environments to ensure the infrastructure delivering these applications is robust. Conrad does not like any disruption to services, at all.

Quinn Simpson,
Service Delivery Manager

Quinn manages the Service Desk and all aspects of the day to day delivery of our services. Our Service Desk is more than just a call centre, if you contact us with “how do I” question, with an issue that needs to be resolved or with an administrative request to add or change or remove a user, then this will be managed quickly and efficiently. Quinn is the sort of person who doesn’t leave it until the next day.

Nicole Harden,
Finance Manager

Nicole’s team will make sure your administrative interface with Appserv is timely, accurate and has the information you need to manage your costs. Her team ensures that you can follow activities on our invoices by avoiding technology jargon and using consistent Service descriptions, so that you can be confident we are delivering value to your business. Nicole carries a very sharp pencil with her at all times.
