Telephony has become an integral part of IT in that it can be managed on the same server, routing and Local Area Network (“LAN”) infrastructure rather than specific proprietary equipment.  With Appserv managing both your Desktop and Telephony requirements future integration of these applications will be better co-ordinated and deeper than possible compared to if they were managed separately.  Appserv will be your single point of contact for both Desktop and Telephony services.
